Terms of Service

1. Who we are

OneBase is operated by Coffee in Code Out S.R.L., registered in Romania under Trade Register number J24/2235/2022, tax identification number (CUI) 47132601, with its registered office at Str. Cristian 9A, 430066 Baia Mare, Maramureș, Romania. You can contact us at support@onebase.ro.

2. Your account and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract to use OneBase. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@onebase.ro if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse OneBase. In particular, you will not:

• break the law or infringe anyone's rights with your use of the service;
• upload malware, attempt to breach our security, or disrupt the service;
• attempt to access another workspace's data or reverse-engineer the service;
• use OneBase to send spam or to store data you have no right to hold.

4. Plans, subscriptions and billing

OneBase offers a Free plan and paid plans (Core and Power). Paid subscriptions are billed in advance through our payment processor, Stripe, on a recurring basis until cancelled. Prices are shown on our pricing page and exclude VAT unless stated. We will give you reasonable notice of any price change.

5. Cancellation and data export

You can cancel a paid plan at any time; your subscription then runs until the end of the current billing period and is not renewed. You can export everything in your workspace in one click, at any time, before or after cancelling. We do not hold your data hostage.

6. Your data stays yours

You own the content you put into OneBase. We claim no ownership of it. You grant us only the limited licence needed to host, process and display your content so we can provide the service to you and the people you invite. We act as your processor for the personal data you store about your own contacts (see the Privacy Policy).

7. Our intellectual property

OneBase, its software, design and brand are owned by Coffee in Code Out S.R.L. These Terms do not transfer any of our intellectual property to you beyond the right to use the service as intended.

8. Availability, warranties and liability

We work hard to keep OneBase available and reliable, but the service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using OneBase and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms or the law, giving you notice and a chance to export your data where it is reasonable to do so.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Romania, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have where you live.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as OneBase evolves. When we make a material change we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in the app. Continuing to use OneBase after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
