Cookie Policy

Last updated: 16 July 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how OneBase uses cookies and similar technologies on our public website, and how you can control them.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Some are essential for the site to work; others are optional and help us understand how the site is used.

2. The categories we use

OneBase uses two categories of cookie and similar storage:

  • Essential — required for the site and app to function, including keeping you signed in, remembering your consent choice, and protecting forms against cross-site request forgery. These are always on and do not need consent.
  • Analytics — optional cookies (Google Analytics via gtag) that help us understand aggregate traffic and improve OneBase. These load only if you accept them.

3. Your choice, and how consent works

When you first visit, a banner asks whether to accept analytics cookies or keep only the essentials. We store your choice locally in your browser (under "cookie-consent") so we do not ask again on every visit. Until you accept, analytics stay switched off — our analytics tags run in a consent-denied mode and only switch on when you accept.

4. Changing or withdrawing your choice

You can change your mind at any time. Use the "Manage cookies" link in the footer to re-open the consent banner, or clear the "cookie-consent" value in your browser storage. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings; essential cookies may be needed for the site to work.

5. More information

For how we handle personal data more generally, see our Privacy Policy. Questions about cookies can go to support@onebase.ro.
